KC Events UK is a professional live sound engineering service operating in Brighton, East Sussex, and across the South East of England. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to KC Events UK.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, or that is fraudulent, harmful, or offensive.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to this website at any time without notice.

3. Service Bookings & Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have provided written confirmation (by email) and, where applicable, a deposit has been received.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed in writing.

Idle/standby time is charged at £45 per hour. Overtime beyond the agreed hours is charged at £50 per hour per engineer. Travel is free within a 5-mile radius of Brighton & Hove; beyond that, a mileage rate of £1.00 per mile applies.

Payment terms will be set out in your booking confirmation. Late payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation terms will be specified in your booking confirmation. In general, cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. We cannot guarantee availability for alternative dates.

6. Liability

We take all reasonable care to provide our services to a professional standard. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from our services or from use of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked to from this site.
